Grant is currently an Engineering Manager at J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc., in Lowell, Arkansas.  He has held three positions of increasing responsibility since joining J.B. Hunt in 1996.  Prior to his current employment Grant was employed by Intel Corporation and as a Research and Teaching assistant in IE at the U of A.  He has published numerous technical articles relating to his field of work.  Grant and his wife Trisha are parents to three children, Libby, Christopher and Andrew.  Grant spends leisure time working with his church, coaching youth baseball, fly fishing and participating in D-I-Y projects.
