Michael is President and Owner of Elder Independence, LLC in Bryant, Arkansas a business he founded in 1999.  His prior work experiences include Beverly Enterprises, Inc. as Group Sales and Marketing Manager and Director of Ambulatory Network Systems for the National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs.  Michael has numerous healthcare professional affiliations and has completed a Master of Business Administration.  He and his wife Tammy have two children, Meleah and Mallory.  Meleah will attend the U of A in the fall of ’07 and plans to major in engineering.
